Join the MSDE Division of Early Childhood's List Serve to receive updates on Race to the Top/Early Learning Challenge grant progress and important communication for early childhood educators, school-age child care providers, stakeholders, and the public.  Go to http://listsrv.msde.state.md.us.  Select EARLY CHILDHOOD from the list and follow instructions to subscribe.

  2. I am excited about the longitudinal study. What about a public awareness campaign to tell parents in Md about the MDEXCELS providers and what those levels mean for their child. Let's get the word out!

  3. Great idea to have a blog and it would be helpful to use it along with the MSDE Early Childhood listserv to notify us when there are updates or new information on RTT-ELCG and Maryland EXCELS. It is an evolving project and it's important to keep current.

  6. Let's see if Maryland's Department of Early Childhood Development and Rolf Groovenswallow can spend the 9 billion dollars they have yet to spend on Maryland's children . . . Gee . . . they have all of two months left to do it. Makes me wonder why they can't share that money around rather than give it back to the Feds.
