ReplyDeleteI am excited about the longitudinal study. What about a public awareness campaign to tell parents in Md about the MDEXCELS providers and what those levels mean for their child. Let's get the word out!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to have a blog and it would be helpful to use it along with the MSDE Early Childhood listserv to notify us when there are updates or new information on RTT-ELCG and Maryland EXCELS. It is an evolving project and it's important to keep current.

Let's see if Maryland's Department of Early Childhood Development and Rolf Groovenswallow can spend the 9 billion dollars they have yet to spend on Maryland's children . . . Gee . . . they have all of two months left to do it. Makes me wonder why they can't share that money around rather than give it back to the Feds.
